Mr. Manish Luthra is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in managing and running businesses into financial services. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has considerable experience of more than 10 years in Indirect Tax Advisory, compliances, Audits and other laws viz. GST, Central Excise, Service Tax, VAT, and Customs etc.

He has an extensive background of delivering results in complex and challenging environments with a proven track record of setting up systems, establishing new divisions and creating synergies between various business lines.

Mr. Kaushal Kishore Kaushik is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has done M.com from Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut.

He has good exposure in the field of Accounts, Finance and Taxation and also plans and executes operational audits under different statutes, of various business areas of the client using risks based audit methodology.

He has played a vital role in the audit of various corporate and non corporate clients. He has an exposure to Indian Accounting standards, National and International Company Laws. He has experience in the share market for more than 15 years and is proficient in technical analysis.

Mr. Sanjeev Rastogi is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Graduated from Meerut University.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has played a vital role in the audit of various corporate and non-corporate clients. He has exposure to Indian Accounting standards, National and International Company Laws.

He has experience in the Stock Market, Currency Market and Commodity Market for more than 10 years.
